1. You need to select your photos within 2-3 days. They will be automatically deleted after 14 days, and we won't be able to edit them after that.
2. Please select photos according to your package. We'll start editing only after you've chosen all photos. We don't process photos in parts (Silver - 6 photos, Gold - 12 photos, Dimond - 18 photos).
1 photo for editing - is a photo + digital background (OR with a Simple Background).
3.1 If you'd like to order additional professionally edited photos, please message our manager on Facebook or Instagram, and they'll guide you through the process. The editing fee is $20 per photo, or you can purchase a 7-photo retouch bundle for $95.
3.2 If you’d like to receive your edited photos sooner, we offer priority retouching with delivery in 5–7 days for a flat fee of $65.
4. When selecting photos: focus only on facial expressions and overall pose. We will remove any unnecessary elements.
5. Please provide the complete photo filename (for example, IMG_7629 - not just the serial number from Google Drive). For each photo, specify either the digital background number or write "Simple" if you want to keep the original background. Please also include your comments on the photos, if any.

6. If you’d like to use digital backgrounds, we recommend choosing a flowy, voluminous gown — it looks the most natural and realistic with this style.
7. If you prefer simple studio backgrounds, any dress or outfit will work beautifully.
8. If you love more casual looks — for example, pants with a blazer, jeans with a top, etc. — we strongly recommend pairing them with simple light backgrounds, as these outfits don’t blend well with digital backgrounds.
9. To order a digital dress, simply let us know the dress number — we’ll carefully select the most suitable photo of you based on lighting and angle, as these are key for the final result.
If you didn’t mention during your photoshoot that you’d like to use a digital dress, unfortunately, we won’t be able to create one now, as it requires specific lighting, posing, and wardrobe preparation in advance.
For digital dresses, we do not change the background. It remains exactly as shown in the image with the dress.

10. For photos of swings or sofas, or armchairs, only photos where the model is sitting are suitable. Other poses are not suitable for this type of background.
11. For photos with wings only photos where the model is alone (without her husband!) and where the model is full-length and facing the camera are suitable.
12. If you want to add water with reflection to your photo, add the phrase "+ water".
For example: IMG_1046 background 19 + water.
Please do not choose this effect for family photos or tight-fitting dresses. The water effect looks good with a flowy, voluminous gown or flowing fabrics.
13. For photos with flying fabric, we recommend choosing a simple background or a solid color digital background. The reflection of water also looks great in such photos.
If you wish, you can change the color of the fabric by simply mentioning it in your wishes.
For example: IMG_1046 background simple, blue fabric.
14. For photos in the swing fabric, we use a standard scheme - a simple background + reflection in the water. You can simply select a photo if you have photographed this style without additional instructions.
Or optionally, you can add blue or pink baloons.

15. Photos taken on a dark background will look best with either their original background or with a dark digital background.
16. For a black and white photo, add "black and white" after the photo number.

18. If the man’s outfit during the session did not match the desired style or color (for example, too bright, too casual, or visually distracting), we can adjust it during the editing process.
What we can modify during retouching:
Replace the shirt with black, white, or light beige linen
Adjust trousers to classic black
Create a formal suit look (trousers + blazer, suit color upon request)
Replace sneakers with matte black classic dress shoes
Service fee: $15 per image.
19. We can adjust the hairstyle in the final images — including adding soft curls or straightening hair (keratin-style smoothing)

Outfit adjustment: $15 per photo
Hairstyle adjustment: $15 per photo
If you would like both the outfit and hairstyle changed in the same image, please select 2 units of this service.
